CANCELLATION POLICIES : To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card number with its expiry and CVV code are required. For a cancellation or a modification received more than 4 days before your arrival date, there is FREE of charge; Except the reservations for the Christmas season (from December 21st to January 4th), Saint Valentine's period (From February 12th to 17th) and Ironman period in August that require at least 15 days advance notice of cancellation. If less than 15 days notice, the total amount of reservation plus taxes will be charged. In the case of a cancellation or a modification received at 96 hours or less prior to 00:01 of the arrival date, the total amount of reservation will be charged. In the case of absence (without cancellation) or early departure, the total amount of reservation will be charged. The above cancellation policies are for the individual reservations only. The group reservations are required more than 3 weeks in advance for free cancellation or modification, please contact us by email for more details. RESERVATION BY CREDIT CARDS : Visa or MasterCard. PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, e-Transfer or Cash. RATES AND TAXES: Rates are per night per room, based on double occupancy (unless otherwise mentioned). Taxes extra : Quebec lodging tax of 3.5%, federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and Quebec sales tax (QST) of 9.975%. These 3 taxes are adding a total of 18.999% on the room rates. MINIMUM STAY : A minimum stay of two to four nights may be required during the holidays and some weekends (possibility of one night stay, an additional fee will be applied). ADDITIONAL FEES : Fee of $15 plus taxes per night for each additional occupant. Fee of $20 plus taxes per night for a folding bed. PARKING : Free outdoor parking in front of your room is available for cars. A large parking lot is available for the heavy-duty trucks, trailers and buses etc, an extra fee will be applied. PETS : Pets are allowed in a few specific rooms only. An additional fee of $20 plus taxes per animal per day is required. In order to assign you the pet-friendly room, it is mandatory to advise us of the presence of your animal. NON-SMOKING ROOMS : ALL guest rooms are NON-smoking rooms. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area if you wish to smoke. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Rooms are available starting from 4:00 p.m., on the day of arrival. The check-out time is before 11:00 a.m., on the day of departure. |
