DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES : To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one night's accommodation cost is required. Balance has to be paid in full on arrival. For any cancellation received more than 3 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refund. In the case of a cancellation received between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to noon of the arrival date, your deposit will be refund, but minus $25 of administration fee. In the case of a cancellation received at 24 hours or less prior to noon of the arrival date, we will retain the amount of the first night cost. In the case of absence (without cancellation) or early departure, we will retain the total amount of the reservation. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS : Visa or MasterCard. OTHER PAYMENTS (in person) : Debit Card or Cash. RATES : Per night per room, based on double occupancy. Taxes extra : lodging tax of $2.00 per night, GST of 5% and QST of 9.5%. MINIMUM STAY : A minimum stay of two nights is required during the holidays and some weekends (possibility of one night stay, an additional fee will be applied). ADDITIONAL FEES : Fee of $15 per night for each additional person. Fee of $15 per night for a folding bed. PARKING : Free outdoor parking in front of your room. PETS : Pets are allowed in the specific rooms only. An additional fee of $20 per animal per day is required. In order to assign you the pet-friendly room, it is mandatory to advise us of the presence of your animal. NON-SMOKING OR SMOKING ROOMS : Non-smoking (most of our rooms) or smoking rooms are available. Please advise us of your preference at the time of booking. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME: Rooms are available starting from 3:00 p.m.; The check-out time is before noon, on the day of departure. |
